Orders failed to be collected on the respective order date will be discarded the following day and will not be subject to any kinds of refund or credit note.
Upon collecting the cake or receiving the delivery of the cake, it is the customer’s responsibility to check all design aspects of the cake including the design, customizations, color, message on the cake etc. Once the cake is collected or delivered “Brownie Point Cakes & Confectioners – UAE” will not take any responsivity on any complaints or faults on the design aspects of the cake.
In case of any special requests like Egg-free, Sugar-free, Vegan, Gluten-free etc. these should be made at the time of placing the order, any requests made after the placement of the order will be accepted at the sole & absolute discretion of “Brownie Point Cakes & Confectioners – UAE” and may entail additional charges, which the customer will have to bear.
“Brownie Point Cakes & Confectioners – UAE” does not take any responsibility for any kinds food allergies. Products sold as egg-free, vegan, sugar-free, gluten-free etc. are made as per prescribed standards on best effort basis, however they may contain traces of the said allergens as these products are made in the same premises as our other regular products.
For any enquiries made online, the order is not deemed as confirmed until and unless an amount equivalent to 50% of the order value in paid by the customer in advance.

Delivery/Shipment Policy
“Brownie Point Cakes & Confectioners – UAE”deliverers anywhere within Dubai & some areas of Sharhah. Delivery charges apply depending on the location of the delivery and the same will appear on the shopping cart at the time of placement of the order.
At the time of placing orders online, when a customer selects a delivery option and chooses a particular time-slot for delivery. It is quite possible that the particular time-slot is already booked for existing orders and we may not be able to deliver the product at that time-slot. In such occasions, we will call the customer a suggest alternate time-slots for delivery or request the customer to pick-up the order. If the alternate time-slots are not acceptable by the customer & the customer is not willing to pick-up the order, then the order will be cancelled and the amount will be refunded back to the customer in full.

After the receiving the delivery or collection of the product, it the responsibility of the customer to ensure proper handling and adequate temperature storage of the product. “Brownie Point Cakes & Confectioners – UAE” will not take any responsibility for any damage to the products due to mishandling or improper storage of the product by the customer.

Multiple shipments/delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
“Brownie Point Cakes & Confectioners – UAE” has a strict no refund policy. If an order is cancelled, it will not be subject to a refund; instead customer will be entitled to a credit note with a validity of 6 months from the date of cancellation.
Refunds will only be given in cases, where the customer has ordered a particular product online, and that particular product is not available or “Brownie Point Cakes & Confectioners – UAE” is unable to produce the product at the requested date & time. In such cases, a full refund will be granted to the customer.
In case of cancellations, the cancellation request should be made 48 hours prior to the collection/delivery date of the order. Any requests made post this time will not be accepted and the order will be deemed as confirmed and will be produced and invoiced on the scheduled pick-up/delivery date.
If the product is found to be damaged and the same is notified to Brownie Point staff immediately upon receiving the delivery of the product or upon collection of the product, then “Brownie Point Cakes & Confectioners – UAE” will make its best endeavors to rectify the fault or offer a new product or alternatively offer the customer a full refund of the amount paid towards the product.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
